What I Like about GNB
I’ve been lucky to work across three major infrastructure projects with GNB, Coomera Connector (North & Central), Bruce Highway upgrade (BDA) and Brisbane Metro. That’s a lot of responsibility to hand someone, and the fact that GNB backed me to do it says a lot about the company.
What I enjoy most is that nobody here works in isolation. I spend my days between the crews on site, the supervisors and the client, and everyone is willing to pick up the phone and sort something out. When I’ve needed help, I’ve never had to ask twice.
GNB has also given me room to grow. I’ve gone from learning the systems to running claims and QA across multiple jobs and helping others get up to speed. Every week brings something I haven’t dealt with before, and that’s what keeps the work interesting.
