What I Like about GNB

Since starting with GNB as a small company and watching it grow to what it is today, GNB has helped me more than any other company would to grow with it. The knowledge, skills and experience I have gained being with the company I could not be more appreciative.

For the first time in any job, I enjoy going to work, not only to learn but to have a laugh with the lads and produce top quality work for our clients. Our culture at GNB is something no one else has. We have developed not only great workmanship but a friendship between our crews.

What I Like about GNB

The culture at GNB is like no other I’ve ever been a part of. When we’re on the job we collectively enjoy getting the work done safely and effectively. Everyone has a positive and happy attitude and we all enjoy having a laugh after the work is done.

The biggest difference at GNB is the focus on building culture, safety, performance, mindset and well-being. Together as a team, we have attended multiple sessions working on these aspects, which have helped improve not only my work life but has also had a big impact on my personal life. Consistent performance reviews and team outings and activities make us all feel close as a working group and really brings about a positive culture we are proud to be apart of.

One of our main values at GNB is opportunity, GNB is constantly providing new opportunities to learn and grow which can come in many different shapes and sizes. This is probably my favourite part about working at GNB, every day is different and there are always new and exciting opportunities.

The difference between GNB and other companies is the culture! All the lads get along really well and can have a good laugh while getting the job done.

My favourite part about my job is the diversity and the broad range of works that we cover. GNB is an awesome company to work for.

    Boeing recently encountered a high priority need to establish fibre optic cable at one of our Operational sites. The time-critical nature of this need initiated a search across a range of suppliers who could satisfy very stringent requirements for schedule, flexibility, cost and quality. From the moment Craig and his team signed on to the task, they never disappointed.
